The Haunted Museum

Horror-loving fans get ready as filmmaker Eli Roth and paranormal investigator and Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans team up in The Haunted Museum, a spine-chilling new scripted series that brings to life the terrifying tales of the world's most haunted and cursed artifacts.

The nine-episode series features a collection of short horror films inspired by the frightening relics on display in Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum in Las Vegas.

Each episode presents a chilling cinematic story of a ghoulish object from Bagans' eerie collection, scripted and produced in collaboration with Eli Roth and featuring exclusive commentary from Bagans about its hellish history.

An enthusiast for all things haunted, Zak Bagans has amassed a collection of thousands of creepy artifacts from all over the world, exhibited across a sprawling 30-room, 14,000-square-foot mansion museum.

Here, brave visitors come face-to-face with a plethora of spooky memorabilia that span paranormal legends, true crime, Hollywood pop culture and haunted history.

But among these relics are a group of items that are particularly sinister, inducing nightmarish experiences - fainting spells, chills, convulsions, scratches and disturbing bad luck.

Now, these cursed objects take the spotlight in The Haunted Museum, as Zak Bagans and Eli Roth join forces to tell their ominous stories in a frightening format.

Roth - the modern master of horror and creative force behind such films as Cabin Fever and Hostel - along with his accredited team of writers present the frightful tales behind Bagans' most feared items through innovative and evocative horror shorts.

Experience the supernatural scares behind Peggy the Doll, the Devil's Rocking Chair, Charles Manson's cursed television, an antique mirror with an evil attachment, the Westerfeld dollhouse, a wooden tribal cursed statue, "spiritual equipment" that may be a portal to a demonic dimension, the Demon House staircase and the infamous Dybbuk Box.

In the series premiere, "Dollhouse of the Damned": When a recently widowed father brings home an enormous dollhouse as a birthday gift for his teenaged daughter, she quickly rejects the present, sensing there is something "not right" about it.

But he quickly falls under its powerful spell.

He loses himself within it, using the tiny rooms to stage meticulous recreations of the happiest moments of his life with his wife.

Yet all is not well within his own house, as his daughter begins to experience terrifying visions that she fears may be something incredibly evil.

Following his discovery of a secret spell hidden within the dollhouse, the father embarks on his most dangerous course of action yet, using the spell and the power contained within the dollhouse in an attempt to raise the spirit of his dead wife.

The ritual culminates in a terrifying night that finally reveals the dollhouse's horrifying occupant and its true intentions.

My Kitchen Rules South Africa 4

My Kitchen Rules South Africa returns with celebrity chef and musician J'Something and restaurateur extraordinaire David Higgs reprising their roles as the show's judges.

Based on the Australian format, the amateur foodie pairs will start their pressure-cooker journey in an Instant Pop-up Restaurant round, where each couple will host their competitors and the two celebrity judges with a themed three-course dinner.

Then, couples who avoid the chopping block in round one will proceed to the Challenge Knock-Out Competition rounds where they will battle against each other in a series of cooking challenges at the MKR kitchen HQ and various off-site locations.

At the end of each episode, the guests around the table score the hosts on the quality and presentation of their three-course meal and after the entire table has had their turn, the couple with the lowest score is eliminated.

The judges are waiting to be blown away by the 10 teams of home cooks who are hunting for flavour, fun – and R1-million.

Good Omens 2

Channel: Prime Video
TX Time: 00h01
Genre: Fantasy, Comedy

Good Omens 2

Originally based on Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman's international best-selling novel, Season 2 explores storylines that go beyond the original source material to illuminate the uncanny friendship between Aziraphale, a fussy angel and rare book dealer; and the fast-living demon Crowley.

Having been on Earth since The Beginning, and with the Apocalypse thwarted, Aziraphale and Crowley are getting back to easy living amongst mortals.

That is, until the archangel Gabriel (Jon Hamm) turns up unexpectedly at the door of Aziraphale's bookshop with no memory of who he is or how he got there.

While Crowley is leery as to why the archangel has come to the bookshop, Aziraphale is keen to solve the mystery behind Gabriel's condition.

However, hiding the archangel from both Heaven and Hell quickly disrupts their lives in unforeseen ways.

To solve this mystery and thwart Heaven and Hell in the process, the duo will need more than a miracle; they'll need to once again rely on each other.

This is a mystery that takes us from before The Beginning, to biblical times, grave robbing in Victorian Edinburgh, the Blitz of 1940s England, all the way through to modern day.

Season 2 stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant as angel Aziraphale and demon Crowley, respectively.

Also reprising their roles are Jon Hamm as archangel Gabriel, Doon Mackichan as archangel Michael, and Gloria Obianyo as archangel Uriel.

Texas Metal's Loud and Lifted

TX Time: 20h00
Genre: Motoring, Reality

Texas Metal's Loud and Lifted

Everything is bigger in Texas, especially the Texas Metal spin-off series Texas Metal's Loud and Lifted.

Texas is a mecca for truck customisation, an uber-diverse metal cranking mash of everything from trophy-winning show trucks to drop it down lowriders.

While Bill Carlton, host of Texas Metal, is still the reigning champion in the Lone Star State's custom truck world, this series has been super-sized with three of the most talented, up-and-coming custom auto garages in the state: Wide Open Garage, Mod Mafia, and 1 Way Diesel Performance.

The three Texas Metal's Loud and Lifted garages work on everything from oversized mud stompers to supercharged street racers, and each have their own areas of expertise for building a new generation of jaw-dropping monster machines.

At the helm of Wide Open Garage is Dave and Daniel Donnan, a father and son team; and Robert Brown, who focus on MegaTrucks and mud trucks.

Meanwhile, the Mod Mafia garage with Josh George and Mark Pyles specialises in rock-crawling Hummers and other all-terrain vehicles; and the 1 Way Diesel Performance garage with brothers Chase, Clay, and Tommy Wells build everything from low riding Mac trucks to diesel pro-mod race cars.

Each week episode reveals several new monster machine builds that test the bounds of customisation and engineering.

This season the garages will tackle a diverse array of automotive projects including:

Rebuilding a totaled Lamborghini and swapping in a diesel engine.

A Mega Truck built completely from scratch.

Brian Johnson, the Liver King, gets a new Hummer.

Building a bigger Suzuki Samurai lake crosser.

Stabilizing a Jeep Gladiator after a Hellcat engine swap.

Int he series premiere, "Diesel Little Red Express": Long-time collaborators with Bill Carlton, 1 Way Diesel Performance build a 1979 Little Red Express from the ground up.

This family of engine experts add power and performance with an engine swap, customised transmission, compound turbo setup, not to mention a custom suspension, body fabrication, paint, full interior, new wheels and tyres.

Down the block from Bill Carlton and Ekstensive Metal Works in Houston, the father son duo at Wide Open Garage is all about building purpose-built mega trucks when they turn a little Suzuki Samurai into a lake crossing monster truck.

The 'Ragdoll Killer' taunts the police by sending them a list of his next victims, with Rose's name among them.
