BBC UKTV is an South African pay television channel broadcast exclusively on MultiChoice Africa's DStv platform, screening British entertainment programming sourced mainly from the archives of the BBC, RTL Group and ITV.

Launching on DStv on Thursday 15 December 2022, the channel offers more DStv viewers access to a variety of entertainment, natural history series, soaps, and children's shows from BBC Studios' catalogue.

It is BBC Studios' sixth channel on DStv. It was originally announced to debut on eMedia's Openview platform on 18 October, 2022, but for undisclosed reasons it never made it to air.

At launch, the channel carried a number of shows that have previously aired on other channels, including:

The sitcom My Family, a collection of the BBC's natural history shows including Wild Africa and Africa with Ade Adepitan, the hospital-based soap Doctors (Season 22), Top Gear (Season 19) and entertainment for children aged 0-12 between 06h30 and 09h00 every morning.

Other shows to launch the channel include The Great British Bake Off 8, Impossible, Death in Paradise, Father Brown and Where the Wild Men Are with Ben Fogle.

It was originally available on DStv's Family, Access and Easy View bouquets and extended to the Compact bouquet on Friday 1 September 2023.
