The show gives each hoarder a clean start and then follows up weeks later to find out if they have been able to keep their compulsive collecting at bay.
In the two-part Season 12 premiere, "Tim Part 1" and "Tim Part 2": Tim sees the value in repurposing and using materials for all types of projects.
This has led him to collect a massive amount of clutter over the years.
Even though Tim says "all the projects will be completed", he also realises that he doesn't have enough time to complete every project he's started.
