Singers compete against each other in a series of diverse and entertaining challenges, for which they earn points.

The more songs a participant is able to sing, the better.

Three singers participate in each episode, and there is cash to be won in every show.

The further you progress to the final round, the more money is at stake.

Three viewers will be selected each week to participate as "lugvennote" (on-air partners) in the show.

The on-air partners win money depending on how well their singing partners fare.

Each episode starts with the evening's singers each singing a verse of a song.

The first three out of the five viewers who can correctly identify the songs are chosen as that episode's on-air partners.

The singers are accompanied by an orchestra, led by Jaconell Mouton.

Particpants range from professional singers to students, a project manager and a real estate agent.

But they all have one thing in common: they want to show they can sing.

The show is hosted by Emo Adams and the producers are Stemmburg Television, who make Noot vir Noot and Musiek Roulette.

In the series premiere: Melissa, Lana and JP are the first singers to compete against each other in a variety of entertaining singing challenges.

The guest artist is Liezel Pieters.
