Justice Served

South African thriller miniseries in which an enigmatic freedom fighter and his followers who have a secret agenda hijack a courthouse to let the public decide if the murder accused should be executed.

South Africans are called on to decide the fate of a white man, Allan Harvey (Morné Visser), accused of killing a young black man.

The public has a few hours to vote for his execution or exoneration.

The six-episode series follows the high-stakes drama unfolding in a hijacked South African courtroom, while tension and conflict simmer on the streets and threaten to divide the country, families and friends.

Hlomla Dandala plays freedom fighter and military veteran Azania Maqoma, who styles himself as an arbiter of justice while driving secret agendas to settle scores with old foes.

The show explores the tenets of the Constitution that promises an accused a fair trial and presumption of innocence to the backdrop of a deeply unjust society, corrupt government and a disillusioned nation.

The cast includes Motshabi Tyelele, Jack Devnarain, Lerato Mvelase and Pallance Dladla.

Set in high-end San Francisco, Surface stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw (The Morning Show) as Sophie, a woman who has suffered a traumatic head injury that has left her with extreme memory loss, believed to be a result of a suicide attempt.

World's Greatest Treasure Mysteries 2

From the producers of The Curse of Oak Island and The UnXplained comes a documentary series delving into the mysteries of Oak Island and beyond.

Hosted by real-life treasure hunters Rick and Marty Lagina, this eight-episode series chronicles the greatest treasure hunts of the past, present and (perhaps) future.

World's Greatest Treasure Mysteries offers a combination of storytelling, interviews with treasure-hunters, historians and experts, as well as on-location treasure hunts in progress, sometimes with the Laginas themselves.

From pirates such as Blackbeard and outlaws like Jesse James, to Aztec gold, priceless historical artifacts from American history and sunken treasure ships, this series digs deep into the many treasure quests across the globe.

It reveals amazing new details and clues from past searches - and in some cases, advances the hunt.

In the Season 2 premiere, "The 1715 Treasure Fleet": Rick, Marty and Matty join Gary Drayton to hunt for millions in gold, silver and jewels from the shipwrecks of the famed 1715 Spanish treasure fleet.

Rebel Cheer Squad: A Get Even Series

A trio of cheerleaders at a posh private school revive their former classmates' anti-bullying club and team up to fight injustice in this teen thriller.

In 2020, teen-focused Get Even saw four empowered heroines banding together to juggle a murder mystery, moral dilemmas and the shifting sands of love and friendship in their Don't Get Mad (DGM) secret society at their elite, but menacing, Bannerman School.

The class of 2020 may have graduated but their spirit remains, and now a new band of heroines are ready to get even.

Friends Clara, Grace and Rumi discover that a Cheer squad team member is the victim of bullying.

The stakes are heightened further after an incident at a showcase performance.

To figure out what really happened, the three girls vow to become the new DGM and expose the culprit.

All three face much more danger than they could have possibly imagined when an anonymous prankster announces their intention to cause panic and fear throughout the school; threatening notes in people's lockers, spooky announcements broadcast on the school tannoy system, and putting paint in the rugby team's showers.

Their dreams of winning the Cheer Regional competition are also put in jeopardy by their mysterious foe.

The girls draw on skills they never knew they had as they discover clues, investigate suspects and follow up leads in inventive and imaginative ways to pull off the most audacious heists in their pursuit of justice for all at Bannerman School.

Clara, Grace and Rumi are also experiencing the twists and turns of teenage life - first dates, first kisses, parental expectations and disappointments, falling out with friends - all while learning that being the new DGM is about the most fun you could have as a 16-year-old.

In the series premiere, "Get Going": A shocking accident forces Clara, Grace and Rumi to take matters into their own hands.

Grace worries about her campaign, Clara faces disappointment and Rumi gets good news.
