2025 Emmy Awards: Biggest snub, biggest win, biggest eyeroll

The stars of Tinseltown turned out in their matric dance outfits on Sunday (14 September) to enact our 2025 Emmys script exactly as we wrote it.

Wins all round for The Studio with a total of 13 - WHOOP!

And a major, momentous snub for the self indulgent and deeply disappointing The Bear, which won zilch for its tragic Season 3.

The snub was enhanced by the fact that it cleaned up the comedy categories last year and thought it was Mr Big Stuff Carmy.

But no, someone's eating humble, overhyped pie today and we're thrilled it's not us.

We're also pleased we're not Cate Blanchett because she must be feeling iffy considering she's runner-up of The Biggest Snub award.

She should have won Best Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series for Disclaimer, not only for her performance but for the fact that she chose to play the role in what turned out to be a mindbending and brilliant show.

As for our Biggest Eyeroll award... it goes to The Pitt, which won five in total, including Outstanding Drama Series. Puhlease.

We dislike it so much we haven't even watched it because we don't "do" medical dramas - Grey's Anatomy put us off for life.

The category should have been won by The White Lotus.

The ceremony aired live on M-Net in the early hours of this morning and repeats at 21h00 tonight.
