The Man Cave 7

Follows a variety of presenters as they tackle all matters male, competing against each other in tasks, test driving cars, reviewing gadgets, giving DIY tips and more, all with the aim of providing men with their own haven - a virtual man cave.

The series delivers a weekly dose of testosterone-driven content to men seeking a hefty helping of adventure.

Now in its seventh season, the show has moved from original broadcaster SABC3 to M-Net and returns with 10 all-new, adrenaline-fuelled episodes.

Bringing their testosterone to the table are returning presenters Siv Ngesi, comedian Jason Goliath and radio jock-come petrol-head DJ Warras.

Joining the team this season is presenter Jonathan Boynton-Lee.

The series – offering insights into the multiple facets of the modern-day man – features a line-up of competitive challenges, adventures, casual conversations, engagements with local heroes and sporting stars, bucket-list adventures, supercars and classic rides.

Exclusive to this season, the guys actively address issues that plague today's society, explore South Africa and its people, discover the mythical bond between man and machine and host casual, non-scripted conversations with top local personalities.

Using dramatic reconstruction and expert testimony, this is a forensic account of the perpetrators and the detectives in the crimes that shook the world.

In the series premiere, "The Wests": Fred and Rosemary West lured vulnerable runaways into their home and murdered them.

How did they conceal their crimes for almost 20 years, and what gave them away?

In the second episode of the weekly triple bill, "BTK": A loner and a misfit, Dennis Rader was not a stereotypical serial killer.

He called himself BTK in honour of his murder method - bind, torture, kill.

In the final episode of the triple header, "Green River Killer": Church-going Gary Ridgway pleaded guilty to the murders of 48 women in November 2003, earning him the most murder convictions in the US.

Ellen DeGeneres serves as host and executive producer of this hour-long comedy game show, which includes supersized versions of the most popular and action-packed games from her talk show.

Contestants, who are pulled right from the audience, will have to manoeuvre massive obstacles, answer questions under crushing time pressure and face gigantic plunges into the unknown - all in a quest to win a big cash prize.

In the Season 4 premiere, "Drop Goes the Loser": The new season begins with contestants playing Blindfolded Musical Chairs, Dizzy Dash, Oh Ship! and newcomer Name Dropper.

The winner of each of the first four rounds advances to Know or Go and that winner advances to Hotter Hands for a chance to win a cash prize.

Stephen "tWitch" Boss serves as announcer.

When bizarre things happen around town, young agents Olive, Otto and the rest of the Odd Squad use their wits and math skills to solve the case.

This is a high-tech organisation run by a gang of smart and sassy kids, which investigates all things strange, weird and, most importantly, odd.

In the series premiere, "Zero Effect" / "Bad Luck Bears": Olive and Otto try to stop zeros from disappearing.

Later, the Bears' basketball team has strange bad luck.
