Gqeberha: The Empire

Telenovela set in the Friendly City and revolving around the polygamous marriage of Luzuko, a successful businessman who is husband to three very different wives.

The series is about a man who seemingly has it all: family, love, money, power, glory and respect.

Luzuko Mxenge (Mbulelo Grootboom) is a successful businessman who is husband to three strong wives: Bulelwa (Zikhona Sodlaka), Zimkhita (Zandile Msutwana) and Nozuko (Kay Bikitsha).

What more could he want? Another wife, for starters.

His decision to expand the family soon threatens to bring out the bitterness his wives have long-suppressed, but also comes with complications no one could have predicted, endangering his relationship with his heir-apparent.

Will the Mxenge empire continue to thrive, or will in-fighting make it easier for enemies to infiltrate, bringing about the family's downfall?

The series follows themes of dynasty, family, love, betrayal, polygamy and jealousy.

The cast also includes Phila Madlingozi, Anele Matoti, Unati Guma and Akhenime Mfenyana.

The charming Father Brown returns for another gripping season to solve more mysteries in the sleepy Cotswold village of Kembleford.

The dashing Chief Inspector Sullivan is back and proves a pleasant distraction for Mrs Devine, Father Brown's lively new Parish Secretary, while plucky new housekeeper Brenda helps the priest's crime solving.

With royal visits, kidnappings and notorious gangsters to contend with, Father Brown also faces his old adversary Flambeau who returns to Kembleford after being accused of murder.

Father Brown risks his own life to prove his innocence – but is his faith in Flambeau misplaced?

In the Season10 premiere, "The Winds of Change": Father Brown discovers that a murderer is using Kembleford's new model village to plan their attacks.

He also needs to find a new secretary following Mrs McCarthy's departure.

The episode breaks down the dynamics of Gypsy and Nick's relationship and features Nick's first interview since his sentencing, detailing what pushed the couple to the edge in murdering Gypsy's abusive mother, Claudine "Dee Dee" Blanchard.

The story of Gypsy Rose and Nick inspired the drama miniseries The Act, starring Patricia Arquette.
