A woman traumatized by past abuse only feels safe online; and a teenager struggles through the pandemic by overusing his devices.
Then there's a young man addicted to online gambling, livestreaming and hook-up apps; and a young unemployed woman whose life revolves around her provocative social media posts.
In the series premiere, "Beth & Brandon": Beth, 53, hides behind the safety and comfort of her dozens of devices until her family and friends confront her on how she cares more for her devices than for them.
Brandon, 26, only has in-person relationships with his phone (named Sandra) and the strangers he meets on hookup apps.
When Brandon's online activity invites danger from abusers, mother and friends make one last ditch effort to get him on a safer track.

Tonally the stories are funny, risky and entertaining and there are between 10 and 12 stories in an episode.
In the series premiere: The team tackle Sam's embarrassing tattoo, which has earned him a serious ultimatum. They also deal with holiday ink that Ryan doesn't remember getting, and rid Adam of a lasting reminder of his ex.
