Working from the basement to the attic, the treasure hunters scour the home and discover potentially lucrative items, including a mink coat, a John Lennon bracelet and two Joan Miro lithographs that, if real, could fetch thousands of dollars and anchor the sale.
The 455 items are authenticated before the auction, but it all comes down to the bidders.
With every auction starting at just $1, Val and Dina cross their fingers, hoping to hit their sale goal of $10,000 and take the trip of a lifetime to honour their aunt.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Hiding Tons of Treasure": Siblings help their mom downsize her New Jersey home, but they don't know how much their stuff is worth.

The show returns with a fresh batch of amateur bakers aiming to prove their prowess in the iconic Bake-Off tent.
Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith are back, ready to set brand new challenges to test the participants' skill, expertise and flair.
Each challenge showcases clever techniques, fabulous flavours and intricate designs.
Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig will again be with the bakers every step of the way, offering an encouraging word and, sometimes, a shoulder to cry on.
Each week only one can claim Star Baker, while one must leave the Bake-Off tent.
This season, 12 new amateur bakers don their aprons and head for the iconic tent in the heart of the British countryside.
Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins are back, as are Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, who have devised 30 new challenges to test the bakers' knowledge, skill and creativity.
The competition begins with cake week.
The group first take on a British classic and are then faced with Mary's technical challenge - a popular little cake with a fatless sponge and tricky chocolate work.
Finally, the bakers have the opportunity to show the judges what they can do with their showstopper.
The best of the bunch will be crowned star baker, while one contestant will be leaving the tent.
