Set in beautiful but bleak Cape Cod, Hightown follows one woman's journey to sobriety, overshadowed by an unfolding murder investigation.

Hightown is a crime drama set amid the drug trade on Cape Cod, touched off when a body washes ashore and discovered by an irreverent National Marine Fisheries Service officer who is determined to help solve the murder even if the state cops want her nowhere near the case.

In the series premiere, "Love You Like a Sister": Jackie Quiñones (Monica Raymund) is a National Marine Fisheries Service Agent in Provincetown, Massachusetts who abuses alcohol and drugs.

She has a wrench thrown in her fun, free-wheeling, booze-addled life when she uncovers a dead body on the beach.

This plunges her into the centre of a complicated and dangerous opioid ring investigation.

Over 20 young male K-pop trainees, born between 1997 and 2008, attempt to become the hottest new thing in global pop music.

The trainee group has been working toward its big moment for some 12 months, with contestants selected at a series of auditions held all around the world in 2019.

The new boyband's executive producer will be Bang Si Hyuk, the co-CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, and the mastermind songwriter and producer who helped assemble international chart-topping group BTS.

Bang Si Hyuk is the general producer overseeing the action. He is joined by a number of superstar producers: K-pop A-listers Zico of Block B and solo star Rain.

Together, the producers must help the trainees hone their skills as the field narrows down and the competition to see who will make the final cut intensifies.

Stars will be born. Dreams will be made – and some will be shattered...

This colourful city that harbours a dark side is a magnet for service personnel on leave, and when overindulgence is followed by trouble, Pride's team is at its best.

In the Season 5 premiere, "See You Soon": While Pride fights for his life in the ICU, the team scours the city for the hit woman who attempted to assassinate him at the end of last season.

Alani "La La" Anthony will play Dominique "Dom" Morris, a savvy businesswoman with dreams of more lucrative opportunities.

Lil Rel Howery will play Zeke Remnick, the owner of Sonny's (guest star Cedric Young) building who cares less about the community than the bottom line.

Finally, Kandi Burruss (The Real Housewives of Atlanta) plays Roselyn Perry, the estranged wife of Douda (guest star Curtiss Cook), back at his side to influence his political agenda and to help herself.

In the Season 3 premiere, "Foe 'Nem": A wedding alters Kevin and Kiesha's lives, Emmett juggles his business and his growing family and Ronnie struggles to find his way.

Meanwhile, Jake's estranged brother Trig lands back in town on a mission.

Siba, a young and dynamic food enthusiast, brought style and charisma to the hugely popular cooking show called Cooking with Siba on Mzansi Magic.

She holds a degree in Food and Consumer Sciences, majoring in Food and Food Science as well as Nutrition.

In the series premiere, "Cape Town Catch Up": It's a big family gathering to celebrate Siba Mtongana's baby turning six months old, with family flying in and a three generation catch-up.

Siba is making a delicious easy feast with sticky Asian glazed gammon, ginger and coriander corn salad and a perfect no-cook cheesecake for dessert.

Ini the second episode of the weekday double bill, "Cape Town Braai": Siba is firing up the grill for a fabulous surf and turf braai.

There are flame grilled tuna steaks and juicy pork chops marinated in her signature BBQ sauce, spicy grilled corn, fuss free braai'd baby potatoes, and a smoked tomato relish that's perfect with grilled food.
