The first season of Unmarried followed the journey of three Johannesburg women - Brenda, Thembi and Lesego - who found it difficult to strike a balance between their careers, demanding relationships and motherhood.
Despite their different life circumstances, the three all longed for one common goal: to be loved forever.
Last season we were introduced to Lesego (Keke Mphuti), a slay queen with a taste for the finer things in life; Brenda (Renate Stuurman), a career-driven banker; and Thembi (Thembisa Mdoda), a devoted girlfriend.
An event in Season 2 is about to change everything in their journey and redefine what it means to have it all.
After a failed 10-year marriage last season, we will meet a reinvented Brenda who finds herself juggling between a new flame and her business taking on an unplanned responsibility.
Thembi, who has to pick up the pieces after 15 wasted years, comes across an encounter that forces her to make a very deep self-introspection as her future comes head-on with events from the past.
Lunathi Mampofu joins the cast this season as Claudia Dunn, a retired supermodel who returns to South Africa after cutting ties with everyone.
Also new this season is Sisa Hewana in the role of Ernest Modise, a relationship guru who worms his way into everyone's lives.
Emkay Khanyile joins the cast as Cam, a social media influencer; and Don Mosenye completes the new additions in the role of multi-billionaire business mogul, Benson Mabunda.

This drama reimagines Stargirl and the very first superhero team, the Justice Society of America, in an unpredictable series.
The series focuses on the character that started creator Geoff Johns' career as a comic book writer when he created her in 1999, lovingly inspired by his late sister who was killed in a 1996 plane crash.
In the series premiere: When Courtney's seemingly perfect life in Los Angeles gets upended with a move to Blue Valley, Nebraska with her mother Barbara, stepfather Pat and stepbrother Mike, she finds herself struggling to adapt to her new town and high school.
But when Courtney discovers that Pat is harboring a major secret about his past, she ultimately becomes the unlikely inspiration for a new generation of superheroes.
Awkwafina is Nora from Queens

Creator and writer Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) stars in the half-hour scripted comedy inspired by her real-life growing up in Flushing, Queens.
Raised by her Dad and Grandma alongside her cousin, Nora Lin leans on her family as she navigates life and young adulthood in outer borough-NYC.
In the series premiere, "Pilot": Nora takes her first steps toward financial independence in an attempt to move out of her dad's house.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Atlantic City": Nora and Grandma go to Atlantic City, where Nora gambles and runs into an old acquaintance on the boardwalk.
Meanwhile, Grandma and her friends battle to use a casino power outlet.

After losing his job, Tray (Tracy Morgan) goes all in on his dreams of becoming a chef.
Tiffany Haddish stars as Tray's ex-girlfriend Shay, who has an intriguing business venture of her own on the horizon.
Season 2 also features returning series regulars Ryan Gaul, who plays Shay's affable husband Josh; Allen Maldonado, who plays Tray's goofy but well-intentioned cousin Bobby; and Taylor Mosby and Dante Hoagland, who play Tray and Shay's teenage children, Shahzad and Amira.
Among the new guest stars joining the cast in Brooklyn are hip hop artists Method Man, Rev Run, Talib Kweli and Rakim.
In the Season 2 premiere, "Ladies First": Tray wants to see the twins' birth video and searching for it brings back emotional memories for Shay.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Git Up, Git Out & Git Something": Tray finds part-time work in the cafeteria of the kids' school and finds himself more determined than ever to make it as a chef.
Meanwhile, Shay straightens Josh out after he tells her that sometimes she "goes off" and scares white people.

Last Man Standing follows Mike Baxter (Ted Allen), a happily married father of three daughters, who finds himself the odd man out as he tries to maintain his manliness in a home dominated by women.
Last Man Standing is a show about an American family and everything they deal with today - all filtered through the blunt man's man comedy of an iconic American dad.
Through it all, Mike sees himself as a beacon of reason, as he continues to be surrounded by forces seeking to challenge his ideas on just about everything.
In the Season 8 premiere, "No Parental Guidance": Mike helps Vanessa deal with empty nest syndrome.
Meanwhile, Kristin announces her pregnancy to the family and unknowingly upsets Mandy in the process.

All ye food lovers, it's time to celebrate - Top Chef Masters returns for Season 2 and once again the judges' table will be turned, when the world-renowned chefs compete against each other in a series of weekly challenges.
Top Chef Masters pits 22 world-renowned chefs against each other, six of whom are returning chefs back to defend their glory, to see how well they fare in the tried and true format of Top Chef.
In each episode, money will be at stake for the chefs, with the winners of quickfires and eliminations being awarded cash donations for their designated charities.
The first four episodes will consist of a different group of chefs competing against each other to name one winner and the two chefs with the highest star total will move on to the next round.
The final six weeks will whittle down the chefs until the finale where one winner is crowned Top Chef Master.
The winning chef will receive $100,000 for the charity of their choice.
This season, Top Chef Masters will feature guest stars and judges Mekhi Phifer, The Simpsons creator Matt Groening and star Hank Azaria, Andrew Zimmern, the cast of Modern Family, US Olympic Swimmer Jason Lezak, Real Housewives of OC's Lynne Curtin, Alexis Bellino and Tamra Barney, among others.
Food journalist Kelly Choi returns as series' host, alongside renowned restaurant critic Gael Greene, culinary expert James Oseland and food critic Jay Rayner who are back on the Critic's Table.
Top Chef series judge Gail Simmons will also serve as a judge this season.
Each episode holds two challenges for the chefs. The first is a quickfire challenge which tests their basic abilities and will be judged by a blind taste test and a five-star system, similar to fine dining reviews.
The second challenge - is a more involved elimination challenge - designed to test the versatility and invention of the chefs as they take on unique culinary trials such as working with unusual and exotic foods or catering for demanding clients.
The food will be tasted and evaluated by the judges and a wide range of tasters for whom the challenge is aimed, whether patrons at a five-star restaurant or a room full of hungry kids - the food has to appeal to the diner as well as the critics for the chefs to survive.
In the Season 2 premiere, "First Date Dinner": Love is in the air as the Masters are challenged to evoke their sensual side using known aphrodisiac ingredients in the creation of a sumptuous meal to suit couples on a first date.

They each share how they felt at first being introduced into a polygamous marriage, the uncertainty and insecurity that came with the arrangement, heartbreak and eventual acceptance, contentment and forming an unshakable bond with each other.
Season 3 ended with Mseleku's traditional IsiZulu wedding to MaYeni.
Ahead of MaYeni's wedding, Mseleku's wives started showing their true colours and it became clear that his wives did not see eye to eye on certain aspects.
This left their husband struggling to juggle the dynamics of his relationships with them, while also trying to make things better with his eldest daughter, Sne.
Last season he went out of his way to please his wives and make them happy; this included surprising each of them with a brand-new luxury car.
It is back to reality after the third season's fairytale ending and the wives now find themselves wanting to gain more recognition individually, potentially opening doors that they never previously opened.
