The Sinner 2

Channel: M-Net (DStv 101)
TX Time: 21h00
Genre: Thriller, Mystery, Drama

This new story follows Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) who returns to his hometown in rural New York to assess an unsettling and heart wrenching crime - parents murdered by their 11-year-old son, with no apparent motive.

As Ambrose realises there's nothing ordinary about the boy or where he came from, the investigation pulls him into the hidden darkness of his hometown.

He's pitted against those who'll stop at nothing to protect its secrets - and the mysterious Vera (Carrie Coon) who proves to be a complicated, enigmatic piece to this haunting puzzle.

Empire 5

Channel: FOX (DStv 125 / StarSat 131)
TX Time: 20h45
Genre: Drama

As Season 5 gets underway, two years after losing Empire to Eddie Barker (guest star Forest Whitaker), Cookie and Lucious are still in the midst of picking up the pieces.

The family is now completely dispersed and coping in their own ways after experiencing unimaginable tragedies.

Meanwhile, in an effort to reclaim the Lyons' position in the music industry, Cookie sets her eyes on a talented new singer and rapper, Treasure (guest star Kaitlynn Simone), in the all-new "Steal From The Thief".

South Park 22

Channel: Comedy Central (DStv 122)
TX Time: 21h00
Genre: Animation, Comedy

The show is set in the Colorado town of South Park, where weird things keep happening - whether it's being abducted by aliens, overrun with panhandlers or faking illness so as not to get into trouble.

South Park's controversial characters are Eric Cartman, the rude, obnoxious, sadistic, racist, fat kid; Stan Marsh, a quiet kid with a huge crush on Wendy Testaberger; Kyle Brofloski, the religious Jewish kid who Cartman picks on for being Jewish; and Kenny, the orange parka-hooded kid who dies in every episode.

South Park returns for Season 22, with  no pre-show details from the creators other than a promo hashtag, #cancelsouthpark.

Ooooh creepy kid... I'd highly recommend The Sinner. It's got a plot that sucks you in immediately and it's a real psychological thriller that's about so much more than the murder.

Oh it’s a different crime in The Sinner then, so no more Jessica Biel.

Yes, she isn't in it but she's still producing.
