Telenovela which revolves around Zethu, a woman fresh off losing everything in the big city who is forced back to the rural village she fled.
But home is not what it used to be, and neither is she.
Set in the rural town of Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, Homecoming follows Zethu Hlongwane (Mpume "Six" Nyamane), a straight-A medical graduate hoping to become one of the country's few Black female surgeons.
But when things don't turn out how she had hoped, with no job or placement, she is forced to return to the village she left behind.
There, Zethu finds herself at the crossroads of two worlds, that of western medicine and traditional healing when she meets Sifiso Kubheka (Thembinkosi Mthembu).
Sifiso is a police officer by day and a traditional healer by night, challenging everything she thought she knew about love, healing and home.
The cast also includes Sipho Manzini as Zenzo, Amahle Khumalo as MaNgcobo, Khombi Phetla as Matron Mnisi, Mpilo Mbatha as Shobane and Khayalethu Xaba as Vusi.

Overseeing them is Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille, who operates under intense pressure and has undeniable command authority.

Every episode reveals challenges and aims to provide messages of reassurance to individuals and families.
In addition to 'decoding messages' from the unknown, Ubizo's core themes include exploring ancestry, resolving maternal and paternal identity issues, marriage and how it affects individuals, miscarriage and abortion, African spirituality vs religion as well as the passing of souls.
Last season saw the addition to the team of Radebe's fiancée, Zama Mbuyazi.
A healer herself, she features in all episodes and shares her gift as and when needed.
