In the series premiere, "Breaking out of Libby Prison": Colonel Thomas Rose is one of more than 1,000 Union officers held in Richmond Virginia's notorious Libby Prison.
It's an inescapable fortress known for its stark white walls its numbing conditions and its rats.
But for POWs like Colonel Rose there is just one thing to think about: escape.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Rebel Raid in Vermont": The frontlines of the Civil War lie hundreds of miles from Vermont but Confederate Bennett Young plans to bring the war to the North.
He'll lead a group of raiders into the town of St. Albans to rob its banks and burn its buildings then make a run for Canada.
But a local posse has other plans.

He also happens to be Abby's estranged father, who left Abby and her complicated mother for his secretary when Abby was seven.
Thus begins the odd dynamic at Abigail's new workplace.
Abby has to try to put her shambles of a life back on track, all while working under the thumb of the man she's spent a lifetime resenting.

With the real estate market in flux, Mina and Karen will branch out into new neighbourhoods and take on client renovation projects.
And, for the first time ever, the pair will tackle a commercial renovation for a fellow female entrepreneur who is moving her bridal shop to a bigger space.
In the Season 7 premiere, "Quaint Cottage With Vintage Vibes": Mina and Karen will return to the popular Fountain Square neighbourhood to transform a quaint, yet expensive, cottage-like home.
To make a profit, they will need to add plenty of modern amenities and updates without losing the vintage charm.
