Scrap Kings 4
Discovery Channel (DStv 121)
This series follows workers in a world of demolition, salvage and waste management.
Meet the experts as they blast, crush and smash their way through a variety of structures which have had their day.
And once they're down, the real work begins.
From tower blocks to ships, bridges to Victorian mansions, every scrap of material has its value in the eyes of the scrap kings.
Every inch of material is removed as everything has value if you know where to take it and, more importantly, know when to sell it.
With projects on this scale even a small shift in international metal markets could spell disaster for the scrap kings.
In the Season 4 premiere, "Wrexham Blowdown": A huge concrete police station in Wales is blown apart to make way for a supermarket.
Meanwhile, in Dorset scrap agricultural steel grows into a statue.
Untold: Breaking Point
Netflix South Africa
Under pressure to continue a winning tradition in American tennis, Mardy Fish faced mental health challenges that changed his life on and off the court.
The story of Mardy Fish's foray into tennis chronicles his training at the famed Saddlebrook Academy as a teen, his brotherhood and constant competition with comrade Andy Roddick, and his inability to find major success like his predecessors, the American tennis icons of the 80s and 90s: John McEnroe, Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi.
In 2010, Fish got himself into the best shape of his life and emerged on the ATP tour as a force to be reckoned with, scaling the heights of the World Tour Finals in 2011 as the top seeded American player.
Soon after, his anxiety began to swell and Fish tried to push through the mental strain at the 2012 US Open quarterfinals against Roger Federer.
But an encroaching sense of dread and anguish was worsening by the day and everything came to a crashing halt.
Fish bowed out of the match and was later diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder.
As the number one ranked American male tennis player, he shockingly quit tennis and over the course of the next few years he largely disappeared from the public, staying in his house for months at a time.
After seeking professional help, he worked through his trauma and went public with his struggles to help destigmatize anxiety and provide other athletes a model to follow when dealing with their own mental health issues.
Mystery Diners 4
Discovery Family (DStv 136 / StarSat 222)
When a restaurant owner suspects employees of not doing their jobs — whether it be stealing, lying, mistreating customers or generally doing lousy work — they call in the Mystery Diners.
These Mystery Diners are undercover operatives who go into restaurants, bars and food-service establishments with hidden cameras to perform surveillance to find out what's really going on when the boss isn't around.
In the Season 4 premiere, "Chef's Choice": Patrick, owner of Buster's Beach House in Long Beach, California, calls Charles to investigate rumours that his Executive Chef is showing preferential treatment amongst the wait staff.
Mystery Diners Tracy and Shelby go undercover and discover another problem behind the bar.
In the second episode of the weekday double bill, "Naked Lunch": After losing several sushi models, Bruce, the owner of Lotus on Flower in Los Angeles, fears that one of his best customers is behaving inappropriately during the restaurant's "naked sushi" dining experience.
Charles sends in Mystery Diner Christine to go undercover as a model to discover who is encouraging the inappropriate behaviour.
