In the series premiere, "Bitter Bitties": 66 year-old David Myers finally has it all. But, when things get out of control his house of cards comes crumbling down.

Restaurant Impossible 14
Food Network (DStv 175)
Reality Makeover, Food, Reality
Turning around a failing restaurant is a daunting challenge under the best of circumstances. Attempting to do it in just two days with only $10,000 may be impossible.
But Chef Robert Irvine is ready to take on the challenge. He'll use a little MacGyver and a lot of muscle to rescue these desperate places from complete collapse.
Can one man, in two days, with just $10,000, turn the tide of a failing restaurant, and pave the road to a successful future?
Find out as Robert Irvine takes on Restaurant: Impossible.
During the season Robert will travel to Escondido, California, where a retro joint called Rosie's Café is struggling mightily.
Rosie's is disorganised and has lost money every year since it's been opened; with two days and $10,000 Robert will have to make major changes, or the passionate owner will have to close the doors for good.
Other episodes include the Incredible Café in San Diego, California, where Robert finds a restaurant that is anything but incredible; and the Copper Steer Steakhouse in Safford, Arizona, where a Deputy U.S. Marshall and a judicial assistant followed their dreams to open a restaurant that is now turning into a nightmare as the restaurant is wreaking havoc on the family with no idea on how to turn it around.
And finally, in Costa Mesa, California, Robert visits Filomena's Italian Kitchen and Market, where despite having a clean kitchen and an organised dining room, the owner hasn't been able to pay herself one dime the entire time the restaurant has been open.
Robert figuring out the problem turns out to be only half the battle.
During the course of the season Robert is joined by familiar faces, including Tom Bury and Taniya Nayak, along with Luke Caldwell, to help right the ship for these struggling restaurants and their owners.
