Season 4

It's Season 4 and Sandton Gold has new owners, Themba and Phumzile Khumalo. After the previous owner of the Sandton Gold building, Mrs Rabinowitz, retired to the coast at the end of last season, Themba applied for a loan to buy the building and he was successful.

In this new season Themba and Phumi adjust to the ups and downs of being property owners, running a rental facility in a prime location and making it work. They have to keep the business afloat while fending off family and friends who are only interested in being a part of their new found success.

Themba and Phumzile continue to hustle this harsh economy while running a business and raising a toddler.

Phumi's aim is to get more fabulous and stay at the forefront of fashion and fabulousity. With a rising economy and more bills, Themba wants to get out of debt and keep their finances clean.

As always, they are met by the resident crew of crazy characters that they have to contend with.

Season 4 stars Mandla N as Themba, Busi Lurayi as Phumzile, Trevor Gumbi as Gideon, Warren Masemola as Thoko, Judy Ditchfield as Mrs Rabinowitz, Dambuza Mdledle as Fishbone, Jamela Vuma as Intelligent) and newcomer Khanyisa Bunu as Nobuhle.
