Each episode, they're judged on their chemistry and connection at the "dance off" by the host, a resident dance expert and a special guest.
The couple with the least connection is eliminated and the "most fire" couple who demonstrate the best connection across the series, wins.
Featuring dramatic house reality, stunning dance performances and emotional eliminations, this breakthrough format promises dating reality and dancing drama in equal measure.
Renowned choreographer, dancer and actress Kaelynn 'KK' Harris is the resident dance expert, and she is joined by a series of guest judges.
The series also features Jamie Laing, who himself is no stranger to the dance floor, having reached the 2020 Strictly final.
Five professional dancers - Charlotte, Jayden, Josh, Lee and Shola - are introduced to the rookies at a mixer.
If the sparks fly, the rookies are invited back to the I Like the Way U Move house, where they have 48 hours to rehearse and master an intimate dance routine with their professional dance partner.
When KK sets the couples their first challenge, it doesn't take long for things to heat up between the pairs.

Former Miss Universe and Miss South Africa title holder Zozibini Tunzi makes her television series debut as the host of the Miss South Africa show Crown Chasers.
In the five-episode series the Miss South Africa finalists are placed in real life scenarios that include challenges based on the four pillars of Miss South Africa: duty, championship, empowerment and beauty.
A challenge winner will be chosen each week by a judging panel comprising of Bonang Matheba and Leandie du Randt as well as a weekly celebrity guest judge.
Guest judges include Miss South Africa 2018 Tamaryn Green Nxumalo, Miss South Africa 2001 Vanessa Carreira Coutroulis, Miss South Africa 2010 Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala, fashion designers Gert-Johann Coetzee and Khosi Nkosi, as well as businesswomen Koo Govender.
In the series premiere, "Welcome to the Chase": We meet the 12 finalists in the running for the title of Miss South Africa 2023 and we get to know why they believe they should be vying for the title.
They are presented with their official sashes by Zozibini Tunzi and Miss South Africa 2022, Ndavi Nokeri.
The episode introduces their first challenge in the form of a networking event as well as their first official photoshoot.
The finalists are introduced to the elimination stage where they have a chance to answer questions put to them by the judges which also includes Miss South Africa 2018, Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo.
After a quick runway walk one finalist is eliminated.
The 2023 Miss South Africa pageant will take place at SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria on Sunday, 13 August.
