The nominees for the 6th edition of Winnie Ntshaba's Royalty Soapie Awards were quietly announced on SABC 1 on Thursday evening (17 February), by a selection of soapie stars from Generations: The Legacy, 7de Laan, DiepCity, Gomora and Scandal!
The awards take place on Saturday 11 March and will only air two weeks later, on SABC1 on Saturday 25 March at 20h00. Unfortunate but not surprising of course.
1Magic's The River leads the nominations with a total of 33, followed by S3's The Estate with 24, and e.tv's The Black Door with 17.
