Widowed and left destitute with a family to raise, Nancy turned to drug dealing, then Mexican organized crime, then a wild ride through everyday America, all the while trying to keep her kids from becoming complete derelicts and her lovesick brother-in-law at bay.
But fate finally caught up with her and she landed in the slammer.
Now Nancy's trying to hit reset and make a fresh start for herself in the Big Apple, with only her wits and her wit to see her through.
