Inimba creator Siphosethu Tshapu with the cast accepting for Most Popular Soapie. The show won three awards.
The 19th South African Films and Television Awards were held at Gallagher Estate in Joziburg this weekend with a live broadcast of the Main ceremony on SABC2 and Mzansi Magic, which went on
forever - three hours, 20 minutes and 12 seconds (without ads!) to be exact.
Four shows took the most wins in the TV categories with a total of four trophies each: Magda Louw, Scandal!, The Morning After and Youngins.
Tshedza Pictures won the most as per usual with seven, followed by Quizzical Pictures and Wolflight Films with six each, and Ochre Media who won five.
