Listing Mauritius

It's all about gorgeous beaches, stunning sunsets and luxury homes on Listing Mauritius.

This 10-part series is a continuation of the franchise that first caught the attention of South African audiences with Listing Jozi, followed by Listing Cape Town.

The Listing franchise has now ventured beyond the South African border to the idyllic island of Mauritius.

With exotic landscapes, the perfect tropical weather, and cities steeped in cultural richness, Mauritius is often seen as a dream vacation destination.

However, Listing Mauritius reveals how the island has also emerged as a premier location for luxury real estate for global investors – from luxury villas to boutique hotels to beachfront penthouses.

In the first five episodes we are introduced to the luxury real estate agents who specialise in helping clients find their dream homes on the island, offering exclusive inside looks at stunning new properties across Mauritius.

Listing Mauritius follows the agents as they navigate high-stakes challenges and marathon property tours along the West and North coasts.

For those who love a touch of history, the series also takes viewers on a journey through historical properties in Port Louis, alongside showcasing new luxury homes in Pointe d'Azur.

Real estate agents in the series are:

Grahame Diedericks

Grahame's with Sotheby’s International Realty and was in Listing Jozi Seasons 1 and 2. He's subsequently relocated from South Africa to Mauritius.

Rinie Boshoff

Rinie's from South Africa too and now with Pam Golding Mauritius.

Mridula Sembhoo and Manon Duez

Both are with Pam Golding Mauritius. Manon moved to Mauritius from Beligium.

Nawsheen Herburrun and Viviane Jeetah

Nawsheen is a Mauritian native and Viviane moved to Mauritius from Germany in 2017. They're both with Engel & Völkers Mauritius.

Samuel Alladee

Samuel's with Park Lane Properties where he's been an agent for 20 years after giving up his medical studies in favour of real estate.

In the series premiere: Mridula reveals incredible luxury in the Anahita Resort in Beau Champ, Samuel is working in La Balise, and Rinie and Manon show a huge estate in Bel Hombre.

Ross Kemp: Mafia and Britain

Goodfellas, Gomorrah, the Godfather trilogy - for most of us the 'mafia' is no more than a fantasy world in movies and series.

For years it's been assumed that Britain has no connection with the mafia, but the truth is far more sinister.

Incredibly, mafia bosses, capos and hitmen have lived all over the UK – from caravan parks to shoe shops and newsagents.

Britain is an estuary where the river of illegal money, drugs and mafia meets the ocean of legitimate money and commerce.

In this series, Ross Kemp will make an epic and extraordinary journey 'up river', travelling its length and breadth to locate the source (in the foothills of the Sicilian mountains).

In doing so he will be travelling across multiple nations and back in time to reveal the intricate path where history meets globalisation in the world of the mafioso.

In the series premiere, "The British Connection": Ross starts his journey under Blackfriars Bridge - the location of Britain's first mafia hit - before following the money trail across the UK.

I Am a Killer 5

Channel: Netflix South Africa

I Am a Killer 5

Death row inmates convicted of capital murder give firsthand accounts of their crimes in this documentary series.

I Am a Killer gives those serving life sentences the opportunity to tell their story from their own perspective while interviews with the victims, their families and detectives allow viewers to see both sides of the story.

This emotionally confrontational approach brings you face to face with a killer, making it impossible to watch without your opinions constantly changing during the course of the episode.

Prosecutors, defence attorneys, investigators, friends and relatives of the victims and convicted felons offer their perspective on the tragic events and the players involved.

New facts emerge, previously hidden motives are discovered, rare glimpses of humanity are revealed and strange twists of the United States legal system exposed.

Some victims' loved ones offer forgiveness; others demand retribution.

First-person killer testimonies, insider access into the prison system and exceptional contributors present unparalleled insight into the minds and motivations of these real-life murderers.
