Four Flights is the emotional history of the four doomed flights of 9/11, each carrying mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, wives and husbands, frequent fliers and firsttimers, and the unsuspecting along with the heroic flight crews.
Each story is backed up by audio recordings, flight transcripts, on-the-ground audio and video recordings, and the mementos of the victims.
It is told primarily through interviews with the loved ones left behind, but also by air traffic control workers and other survivors involved in the story.
Four flights — American 11, United 175, American 77 and United 93 — took off on the morning of September 11th, 2001, carrying dozens of souls whose lives and legacies would forever be intertwined.
9/11: Four Flights recounts the celebrated and the little-known stories of the passengers, crew, family members, military officers, and air traffic controllers who experienced the day, each more moving and impactful than the last.
