Brody Stevens: Enjoy It!

This documentary series takes an unflinching look at the offstage life of comedian Brody Stevens, including his public breakdown and his journey back to the world of stand-up.

Comedy Central's first-ever dramatic comedy series, following the emotional-rollercoaster life of stand-up comic Brody Stevens, the funniest comedian you've never heard of.

The camera tracks Stevens as he pulls his life back together after suffering a mental breakdown that is witnessed by the world via Twitter.

After spending time in the UCLA psych ward, Stevens is back on his meds and trying to mend his relationships as well as revive his career.

In the series premiere, "Brody Stevens, Who Are You?": Brody enlists some of his friends to explain what makes his comedy unique, and he tries to reconcile with his estranged sister before their mother's 80th birthday party.

In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Breakdown!": Brody stops taking his meds cold turkey, which leads to a manic episode that lands him in the UCLA psych ward.

The Greatest Dancer 2

Channel: SABC3
TX Time: 19h00
Genre: Reality Competition

The Greatest Dancer 2

The dance talent show returns, with dancers of any age and dance style competing to win £50,000 and a chance to perform on Strictly Come Dancing.

Hoping to discover the greatest dancer are the superstar dance captains: multi-platinum-selling singer Cheryl, Broadway and Glee star Matthew Morrison and Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.

They are now joined by a brand new dance captain - pop star, dancer and choreographer to stars such as Beyonce and Taylor Swift, Todrick Hall.

The series is hosted by singer, rapper and former Strictly champion Alesha Dixon and Jordan Banjo, member of award-winning dance troupe Diversity.

Love Island star and professional dancer Curtis Pritchard joins the show as the new 'receptionist', looking after all the acts backstage as they nervously await the biggest audition of their lives.

At the auditions the audience holds the power, and only they will decide if the mirror opens for the acts or not.

The dancers need to impress at least 75% of the audience for the mirror to open and progress in the competition.

And there is a brand new twist at the end of each episode, where one dance captain will get to pick one act and take them straight through to the live shows.

Get ready to see talent from across the world of dance, from ballet to jazz, street to ballroom, contemporary to krump, as they give the performances of their lives in the hope of opening the mirror.

Expect dramatic auditions, outstanding talent and jaw-dropping surprises.

But who will become The Greatest Dancer?

Wildest Islands 2

Channel: Curiosity Channel (DStv 185)
TX Time: 19h00
Genre: Wildlife, Nature, Documentary

Wildest Islands 2

Islands can be home to the most extreme examples of life, as nature evolves in the most dramatic way.

Sometimes isolated for hundreds of thousands of years, pockets of individuals adapt to survive, fuelling a rapid and continuous development of new species.

Some of the Zanzibar archipelago's bizarre creatures have developed to an enormous size.

The world's largest crab scales trees in search of coconuts, and clouds of giant bats fill the skies at dusk.

Under the cover of darkness, giant leatherback turtles visit Trinidad's beaches to lay their eggs.

Dominica's volcanic heritage gives it fertile soils, making the island rich in flowering plants.

Situated 1,000km west of Ecuador, the Galapagos archipelago has been so little exposed to humans, it allowed Charles Darwin to study and rethink the laws of nature.

This is a celebration of these spectacular island locations, and the people and wildlife who call them home.

In the Season 2 premiere, "Japan: Islands of Extremes": Japan's 7,000 islands stretch for over 2,400km and cover an incredible range of climates.

Winter in the central and northern islands can be savage, but summer in the sweltering southern islands couldn't be more different.

Top Chef 13

Top Chef embarks on an epic gastronomic road trip up the coast of California.

With nearly 1,000 miles traveled, the unprecedented six-city expedition challenges the cheftestants' culinary skills like never before as they journey across the Golden State, stopping in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where the series first began, along with San Diego, Santa Barbara, Oakland and the Greater Palm Springs area.

Returning to the judges table for Season 13 are host Padma Lakshmi and head judge Tom Colicchio, alongside judges Gail Simmons, Richard Blais and Emeril Lagasse.

From cooking for top food writers under the Hollywood sign to serving MC Hammer on the Oakland waterfront and Chrissy Teigen in Palm Springs, the chefs go knife-to-knife in iconic destinations and agricultural regions across the state to prove they have what it takes to out-cook their competition.

Along with the return of the Sudden Death Quickfire challenge, the culinary showdown ups the ante this season with the most daunting Restaurant Wars ever.

Additional pressure-filled challenges include catering the ultimate gay wedding in Palm Springs officiated by Lakshmi, a plating challenge inspired by @ChefJacquesLaMerde where the chef's fate was determined for the first time from fans on Instagram and a final California elimination paying homage to Hubert Keller's San Francisco institution Fleur De Lys.

Throughout the season, the chefs will be tasked with serving up food for culinary stars and celebrity guest judges including: Hugh Acheson, Max Silvestri, Ludo Lefebvre, Dana Cowin, Michael Cimarusti, Jose Andres, John Besh, Art Smith, Javier Plascencia, Antonia Lofaso, Michael Voltaggio, Jacques LaMerde, Bill Chait, Jonathan Waxman, Martin Yan, Adam Fleischman, Traci Des Jardins and Hubert Keller.

This season features a record number of Executive Chefs and Chefs de Cuisine battling it out for $125,000 furnished by San Pellegrino, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, a showcase at the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and the coveted title of Top Chef.
