Man with a Plan 4

Stars Matt LeBlanc in a comedy about a contractor who starts spending more time with his kids when his wife goes back to work and discovers the truth every parent eventually realises: their little angels are maniacs.

Adam (LeBlanc) feels fully equipped to take on more parenting responsibilities while his self-assured wife, Andi, returns to the work force after being a stay at home mom for 13 years.

However, Adam's blindsided by how tough it is to wrangle three messy kids who can't live without Wi-Fi.

But with Andi's encouragement and advice from a couple of equally stressed parents, Marie and Lowell, Adam takes charge of his brood, lays down the law and discovers he's going to "nail" this job.

In the Season 4 premiere, "The V-Word": When Andi's doctor advises her to stop taking birth control pills, Adam and Andi disagree on an alternate option.

Alone 3

With higher stakes and greater challenges than ever before, the third season of Alone places 10 survivalists alone in the cold, isolated region of Patagonia, Argentina with one mission: to stay alive.

In Alone there are no camera crews and no gimmicks.

Equipped only with limited gear, their wilderness experience and cameras to self-document their journeys, these brave men and women are left alone to completely fend for themselves in harsh, unforgiving terrain.

To survive, they must find food and water, build shelters and fend off predators.

They will face bouts of extreme isolation, psychological distress, and treacherous environmental conditions as they descend into the unknown.

In the Season 3 premiere, "A New Land": The adventure begins as 10 new participants are abandoned in the remote wilderness of Patagonia to live as long as they possibly can.

Faced with the unforgiving terrain of a foreign land and the onset of winter, each must act quickly to adapt to their new environment in order to survive.
