Funny You Should Ask features a panel of comedians who interact with two contestants who have a chance to win cash if they can read between the lines of the comics' jokes.

In each episode, the contestants ask the comedians questions, to which the joke makers give humorous answers. The players are tasked with determining if each answer is right or wrong.

The laughs and the cash stakes increase as the comedians answer questions, while the two players decide if they're right or wrong.

After all, how many doctors make inappropriate toasts at their ex-boyfriend's wedding, nearly drown at the bottom of a stranger's pool and get arrested for disorderly conduct just moments before having to deliver a baby?
