Generations Kiss

Oh my my my! I'm sure die-hard fans of this popular SABC soapie, like me, have all been waiting for months for that moment. Yes, I'm talking about the moment when love-birds Paul and Karabo finally kissed.

I couldn't help myself; I screamed and jumped on my couch like a love-sick Tom Cruise on the Oprah show. It was the absolute highlight of my week! I felt silly - ecstatic, exhilarated and at the same time I felt relieved, like it was long overdue. The tears fell and I had rosy cheeks for the rest of the night.

The relief felt incredible. I could finally catch my breath after I've been waiting so anxiously. Luckily there was not a soul in sight and I could indulge to my heart's content.

I could just imagine what my partner would've said about my behaviour. It makes me feel good - warm and fuzzy. Maybe I'm just a romantic at heart, but they deserve a little happiness and they are obviously crazy about each other.

I think it's safe to say true love does still exist!

Okay, Michelle Esau, I didn't go those lengths but I was also so excited. And last night's episode was even better. You know, when old man Paul tried to ask Karabo out. Hawu, kantsi it's so difficult to ask a woman you've kissed to a date? Angisati nami coz i can't remember what babe was Snonoza said when he asked me out...but it was kinda romantic the way Paul was literally shaking and stammering...Tjo, that on-screen romance is finally happening...yipee!
