Season 2
Secrets, lies and betrayals plague the Masire family as a reluctant new king steps into power in the second season of Kings of Jo'burg.
The eight-part second season picks up from the first, which saw fragmented family structures, treacherous brotherhoods and a deal with the devil.
The Masires, haunted by a supernatural family curse, find themselves tangled in a web of betrayal that threatens to destroy the family in this season.
Sacrifices are made and alliances forged as the family is hunted by new enemies while trying to maintain its position.
With the sudden and untimely disappearance of the King of Jo'burg Simon Masire, the family tries to adapt to a new king and new enemies in the City of Gold.
Reprising their roles are Connie Ferguson, Zolisa Xaluva, Thembi Seete, Cindy Mahlangu, Nnekwa Tsajwa, Buhle Samuels, Thapelo Mokoena, TK Sebothoma and Altovise Lawrence.
