Season 3

Boston Legal is an American legal comedy-drama television series created by David E. Kelley and produced by David E. Kelley Productions in association with Twentieth Century Fox Television as a spin-off of The Practice, which follows the personal and professional exploits of a group of attorneys working at the law firm of Crane, Poole & Schmidt.

The series aired in the USA on ABC from 3 October, 2004 to 8 December, 2008. There are 101 hour-long episodes in five seasons.

Boston Legal originally aired in South Africa on DStv's M-Net Series channel from 3 April, 2006 to 23 November, 2009. It later aired on DStv's M-Net HD channel (Season 5 only) and on TopTV's Fox Entertainment channel, beginning with Season 2.

Season 3 premiered on Fox Entertainment on Sunday 31 October 2010, at 21h45. New episodes broadcast weekly. There are 24 episodes in the third season.

Synopsis

Crane, Pool and Schmidt is a law firm in Boston.

The series follows the personal and professional lives of the lawyers who work for the firm. Alan Shore and Denny Crane are two lawyers who tend to see how far they can stretch the boundaries of the law.

Both are highly opiniated and carry a lot of weight within the firm. Brad Chase finds himself butting heads with Alan Shore on a daily basis while Paul Lewitson tries to keep Denny Crane in line.
