Bio
Lika Berning (née van den Bergh) is a South African actress best known for her role as Francie Jansen in the M-Net drama series Known Gods.
She also played the role of Hannah Rossouw in the M-Net soapie Binneland Sub Judice (formerly known as Binnelanders), from 2010-2011.
Other television series she has acted in include Feast of the Uninvited, Shooting Stars, Interrogation Room and 7de Laan. In 2013 she was the special guest in an episode of the SABC2 travel and lifestyle series Mooiloop!.
Lika has also acted in several feature films including Liefling, Primal Fear, The Bang Bang Club and Die Wonderwerker.
She is the daughter of actress Jana Cilliers and director Regardt van den Bergh.
In 2016 she starred as profiler Kaptein Lena Maree in the crime drama series Die Byl (The Axe), loosely based on the real life South African detective Piet Byleveld. The series was directed by her father, Regardt van den Bergh.
