Brenda Bakke is an American actress best known for her role as Selena Coombs in the cult horror television series American Gothic, from 1995-1996.
She has made guest appearances on numerous television shows, including Star Trek: The Next Generation (her television debut in 1987), Jake and the Fatman, Charmed, Dark Angel, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and NYPD Blue.
She has acted in many movies, including Last Resort (her screen acting debut in 1986), Scavengers (1988), Hot Shots! Part Deux (1993), Terminal Voyage (1994), Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight (1995), L.A. Confidential (1997), The Quickie (2001) and Leave No Trace (2004).
Leave No Trace was to prove prophetic - it was the last film she appeared in. After Leave No Trace she made one guest appearance on NYPD Blue, in the 2004 episode entitled "I Love My Wives, But Oh You Kid" (Season 12, Episode 12), and has not appeared on screen since.
As of 2007 there is still no information as to her whereabouts or what she is currently doing.
