Farieda Metsileng is a South African actress, voice artist and production manager best known for her starring role as Kandy, a good-hearted girl who is everyone's best friend, in the Mzansi Magic telenovela Isithembiso.
It was her first starring role in television, although she is also active on YouTube and other social media streams, under the handle Pharoahfi.
Having worked as a production manager at Red Pepper Pictures, she also had several acting roles, first appearing as the character Lindiwe in the first season of the e.tv drama series 4Play: Sex Tips for Girls, in 2010.
In 2016 she played the role of Hlubi in an episode of the SABC1 sitcom Ses'Top La. She also appeared in an episode of the SABC1 sitcom My Perfect Family (Season 4, Episode 10), which aired on 9 November, 2016.
In 2017 she landed her biggest role to date, as Kandy on Isithembiso.
