Phumeza Mdabe (née Dlwati) (also credited as Phumeza Dinati) is a South African singer, model, television presenter and actress best known for taking over the role of Phumi, the beautiful front of house manager, in the SABC1 drama series Sokhulu & Partners, in 2011.

She replaced Kholeka Qwabe in the role for Season 2.

Phumeza also appeared in the SABC1 drama series Intersexions in 2011 and had a cameo role in the SABC1 drama series A Place Called Home. She also played a variety of roles in the SABC2 comedy series Dube on 2 and Dube on 2 Reloaded.

In 2012 she played the role of Hilda in the made-for-TV movie Umtshato, which aired on SABC1 as part of the One Love/Soul City campaign. She also had a cameo role on the SABC1 soapie Generations as Sandra Jacobs, a young singer, in the same year.

She is also a singer signed to Shota Music, releasing albums through them such as Breathing Out, Just Listen and Hello Happiness. She was nominated for a Metro FM Music Award for her album Just Listen.

In 2003 she appeared on the second season of the M-Net reality competition Idols, reaching the Top 60 before being eliminated.

Phumeza has appeared in numerous commercials as well, for brands including Ponds, Kelloggs, Jet Stores, Nando's and Loxion Kulca.

In 2013 she was co-host (with Bujy Bikwa) of the Mzansi Magic/Mzansi Wethu game show Cula Sibone.

In 2014 took over as host for Season 3 of the reality show Our Perfect Wedding (replacing Brenda Ngxoli), on Mzansi Magic.

Other shows she has acted in include Heist, Isidingo, Legay and Unmarried.

In 2021 she hosted the Mzansi Magic reality show Abandoned, which helps orphans who were abandoned as toddlers to track down their family members.
