Michelle Borth is an American actress best known for her starring role as citizen sleuth Candace Butler on the television drama series The Forgotten, from 2009-2010.

Se also starring roles in the medical drama television series Combat Hospital (2011) and the action series Hawaii Five-0, from 2010-2014.

Borth was also seen as Jaime in the drama series Tell Me You Love Me, which followed the amorous travails of three couples in various stages of their relationships.

Tell Me You Love Me had critics buzzing and became one of the cable network's most shocking series, earning a 2007 American Film Institute Award as one of the best television programs of the year.

On the silver screen Borth could be seen in the independent romantic-comedy feature TiMER, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2009.

She can also be seen in the independent feature A Good Old Fashioned Orgy, alongside Will Forte, Jason Sudeikis and Leslie Bibb, about a group of friends and a very intimate party in the Hamptons.

Borth has been seen in many diverse television projects, including Freddie, Supernatural, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Cleaner, Dark Blue, Hawaii Five-0 and Combat Hospital.

Her film credits include The Sisterhood, Trespasser and Lion's Gate Films' Wonderland and Silent Warnings.

Borth, who currently resides in Los Angeles, is an avid fan of skydiving and riding motorcycles.
