Unlike most serial killers, he had more than one type of victim: predominantly female sex workers and young boys, usually street children, across multiple races.
He also claimed to engage in necrophilia and cannibalism with his victims.
In the series premiere, "The Confession": In 1997, a boy goes missing from an informal settlement in PE.
When a suspect's alibi doesn't check out, he is questioned and confesses to more than just the boy's murder.
