The series celebrates the sweet and sour moments of life and their new-age relationship.

In the new season, Dhruv moves to a different city to follow his dreams while Kavya finds that she discovers herself in her newfound independence.

As their relationship goes from live-in to long-distance, their respective journeys of self-discovery begin to impact their life as a couple.

Will this be a new chapter in their relationship... or the last one?

Wild Africa: Rivers of Life

This series looks at the wilds of Africa like never before, telling the natural stories that stem from the continent's flowing lifeblood: its rivers.

Each episode takes an intimate look at the landscape and animals inhabiting the rivers of Africa; from parched desert and scrubland, through grassy savannahs and even through the deepest African jungles.

The programme explores how a river is born, how it gathers its strength, how it affects the surrounding landscape and examines the relationship between the river and the people and animals that inhabit its banks.

From the struggle for survival in the parched Limpopo River Basin, to the Luangwa River - home to the world's largest hippo population - and the Zambezi River flowing through nine African countries, where creatures range from elephants to crocodiles, it's a daily fight for survival.

And every river has a unique story to tell.

Take Me Out 11

Take Me Out returns for its eleventh season with master matchmaker Paddy McGuinness back to work his magic.

This year's 'Flirty Thirty' are a talented bunch including a Master's student, a stunt horse rider and a close-protection officer to A-listers including Samuel L. Jackson.

The boys coming down the love lift also have a diverse range of careers – a Royal Marine, a cage fighter, the self-proclaimed best looking farmer in Warwickshire, a professional mountain biker and a pilot.

This year the dates have also taken on an extra twist with a comedy-led voiceover by Paddy McGuiness as we see the couples pulling out all the stops to find love.

For the first time the dates will also be focused on a single activity, chosen by the boys ahead of the show, giving the couples more time to truly connect in an intimate and personal setting.
