Longtime acquaintances Desus and Mero reconnected online in the early days of Twitter, where they unleashed their potent personalities and found themselves kindred spirits.

That led to stints on Complex and MTV, the Bodega Boys podcast, and a daily late-night show on Viceland, developing a feverish following.

The quick-witted duo brings a distinct voice to late night, delivering smart and comedic commentary on any and all topics, that keeps audiences buzzing. Desus and Mero continue to host their Bodega Boys podcast.

Desus and Mero will welcome fellow Bronx native Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as the first guest in studio.

The duo will also visit the Congresswoman's new offices in D.C. determined to make her feel at home, as well as give their take on the day's hot topics in their signature style in front of a small live studio audience.

Upcoming guests include John Legend, Vince Staples, Ben Stiller, Issa Rae, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Pusha T.

Pawn Stars 20

Channel: HISTORY (DStv 186)
TX Time: 21h10
Genre: Docu-Reality

Pawn Stars 20

Pawn Stars is back with a new season, bringing you inside the doors of a family-run pawnshop in Las Vegas, where three generations of men from the Harrison family grandfather Richard, son Rick and grandson Corey jointly run the business.

Watch as this family-run pawnshop haggles for interesting and antique items such as an original 1800s Vampire defence kit or work from one of America's most famous artists, James Whistler.

This family lives and breathes the pawning business, using their sharp-eyed skills to carefully assess the value of items their colourful customers bring in, objects ranging from the obscure to the truly historic.

In the Season 20 premiere, "Pawn It Out of the Park": Rick heads East to test a rare weapon from the 18th century. Back at the shop, Corey takes a swing at a Mickey Mantle rookie card.

Then, military expert Alex brews something special for Rick's eyes only.

Hip Hop Squares 3

Channel: 1Magic (DStv 103)
TX Time: 17h00
Genre: Game Show, Music

Hip Hop Squares 3

Hosted by radio deejay Peter Rosenberg, Hip Hop Squares stays true to the tic-tac-toe format of the original game show, while infusing it with some of the biggest and most charismatic personalities in Hip Hop culture today.

The series features musical moments and unpredictable interactions between energetic, hilarious and well-known personalities.

This season, these include Blac Chyna, Keith Powers, Al Harrington, Erykah Badu, Snoop Dogg, Tiffany "New York" Pollard, Lauren London, Malika Haqq, Towanda and Trina Braxton, and Salt vs. Pepa.

In the Season 3 premiere: Hip Hop Squares is back with a bang, and this time Blac Chyna and Jeremy Meeks aka "Prison Bae" are going head to head for that first round of cash.

Both of these social media babes showed up looking their finest, but don't let the cute faces fool you. Chyna and Jeremy are both super competitive, so neither one is going home without a fight.

There's serious cash up for grabs, but they also made a side bet backstage: whoever loses has to post a super unflattering selfie on their Instagram page.
