Lerato Kganyago to host (but not judge) on Project Runway SA

So another piece of the Project Runway casting puzzle has been solved: Lerato Kganyago will be our Heidi Klum.

Almost.

Lerato will be hosting Project Runway SA when it starts on Mzansi Magic in July but unlike Heidi, she won't be judging on it too.

The judges Noni Gasa and Rahim Rawjee will do the judging of the creations and Lerato will be more of a "nurturer" to the contestants along with series mentor Gert-Johan "The Hair".

It's a pity because I always prefer it when a reality host is directly involved with causing the heartache of contestants - it gives them much more status and clout.

Anyhoo, it's not to be, and hopefully Lerato will be engaging. Of course this clarifies why she ditched Live AMP last month like a pair of old heels.

This is what she has to say about her new role:

Lerato: “I am going to be encouraging the designers to cut out the noise and to follow their inner voice.

"We live in a very visual time, and the clothes we choose to wear - and how we put them together - become a billboard of who we really are."

Very true I thought. I've been obsessing about my wardrobe recently - feeling guilty about shopping too much too! It's because I've felt this huge need to express myself through my wardrobe. I've also hauled out my sewing machine with a promise to make time to sew creations.

Right now I'm wearing: gym leggings, Roxy hoodie with a T-shirt underneath and Ugg boots. How about you?

Why cant presenters be on more than 1 channel at the same time? Anyway, I'm not excited about this choice but I'm also not mad at it. If that makes sense
