Ridge alongside Joanne and Lois, the doula and midwife, arrive at the Forrester Mansion. Caroline and Ridge are holding hands as the birth of their son gets closer.

Rick informs Brooke that Caroline is in labour. At the Forrester mansion, Ridge, the midwife and the doula support Caroline as she has contractions. Thomas, Eric, Steffy, Wyatt, Bill and Katie anxiously await the birth of Caroline and Ridge's baby.

Ridge and Caroline bask in the joyous sight of their new-born son. Bill encourages Wyatt to start a family of his own. Thomas is taken aback when Ridge takes Steffy and Eric upstairs to meet the baby.
Rick is still seething that Ridge had a vasectomy and kept this information from his wife. Brooke supposes that Ridge's determination won out to give him and Caroline a baby.

Liam gets frustrated by his inability to remember. Steffy gets some fatherly advice and comfort from Ridge about Liam. Ridge and Caroline realise they cannot keep Thomas any longer from meeting the baby.

Deacon and Quinn meet with a doctor to learn about the probabilities of Liam getting his memory back. Wyatt and Steffy have a heart-to-heart talk about Liam and his disappearance.
Alone, Deacon reminds Quinn of the risks if Liam does get his memory back. At the cabin, Liam is still failing to remember anything about his past. Later, Quinn has a shocking idea to solve Liam’s situation.

Deacon is not only shocked by Quinn’s unthinkable diabolical plan, but, that she has recruited him to be an integral part of it. Wyatt is ready to fill Liam’s shoes in a business capacity when Bill makes him an offer too good to refuse.
Steffy is forced to defend her relationship with Wyatt to a doubting Thomas when he calls her out on her lingering feelings for Liam.

When Ivy returns to Forrester Creations, she is met with an interrogation about Liam and his whereabouts from an infuriated Steffy. Wyatt goes out of his way to prove to Bill that he is nothing like Liam and is more than qualified to take his brother’s place.
Apprehensive about being an accessory to Quinn’s scheme, Deacon makes a last ditch effort to talk her out of it.

Impressed by how Wyatt has stepped up in Liam’s absence, Bill changes his stance towards his son’s corporate abilities and his relationship with Steffy.
An awkward phone call to an adversary from the past leads Steffy to an unsettling realization about Liam. Desperate to ensure that her future does not include a prison sentence, Quinn takes an extreme measure to eliminate any evidence of her guilt.

Thomas’s impeccable timing turns into an uncomfortable moment when Ridge and Caroline are filling out the baby’s birth certificate. Quinn makes a move in her plan regarding Liam that gives her a good reason to breathe more easily.

Eric and Pam are filled with emotion when Ridge reveals the name he and Caroline gave to their baby. Baby Forrester stars in his very first photo shoot as Ridge commissions a family photo. During an uncomfortable discussion about their breakup, Zende reveals to Nicole that he is already seeing someone new.
Without explaining why, Sasha assures Maya that she doubts that Nicole and Zende will reunite any time soon. Julius becomes irate when he learns that the person whom Zende is now seeing is Sasha.

Not having been out since the birth of their child, Ridge talks Caroline into joining him on a lunch date. Their pleasant afternoon together takes a turn for the worst when Ridge runs into someone from his past.

Liam’s obsession with attempting to fully recover his past gives Quinn anxiety and fear over the thought of losing him.

Afraid that Liam will remember everything, including their torrid history together, Quinn makes her best effort to distract him from his search. Katie has a close call with Bill discovering that she is still drinking despite her previous proclamation of quitting.
Bill becomes suspicious of Katie’s unusual behavior. A genuinely concerned Brooke confides in Rick her worry about Katie and not knowing how to help her.

Bill and Brooke meet in private to discuss Katie’s change of behaviour and whether or not they believe she is still drinking. Katie flashes back to the many reasons why she has turned to the bottle for comfort.

While packing for their relocation, Liam comes across an item that brings another image from his past. Excited about this vision, Liam begins to sketch the face that he cannot get out of his mind.

Everyone in attendance at Wyatt & Steffy’s wedding raise a glass to show their support for the happy newlyweds. Concerned about her sister’s sobriety, Brooke checks up on Katie to make sure that she didn’t drink at the wedding.
Liam has another flashback about the unknown woman, but, this time it is of more of an intimate nature. Because of these recent flashes of memory, Liam grows even more distrusting of Quinn.

Newlyweds Wyatt and Steffy discuss many possible ideas of how to officially solidify their marriage. Liam becomes even more confused about his past when his memories do not match up with what Quinn had told him.
Brooke is disappointed when she catches Katie red-handed about to discretely take a drink. When Bill arrives to find out what the sisters are heatedly discussing, Katie pleads with Brooke to keep quiet.
