Cohibiting
What does your culture says about cohibiting. What are exactly the grounds for two parties to end up in a cohibiting situation. This matter is trending all over the world and is a very complex matter because many young people get involved in cohibiting relationship because of the so called " love and affection" . When we come to law issues now on the issue of cohibiting. What does law say about cohibiting relationship: Cohabitation and death:There is no right of intestate succession  between domestic partners, no matter how long they have lived together. A partner is not automatically regarded as an heir or dependant. The rules of intestate succession as set out in the Intestate Succession Act, 1987, are clear. In the event of there being no valid will, the beneficiaries are, in the first instance, a spouse or descendants or both. In the event of there being no spouse or descendants, the estate devolves upon other more distant members of the bloodline.

There are indeed different perspectives on this controvercial issue. Some says that they are cohibiting because they need to know the person they are going to marry, some says that they are cutting off costs. What are your opinions on this issue "cihibiting"?.
