On Generations in Feb:

Thurs 1 Feb
An unknowing Ngamla fumes when Kenneth digs into him about entering the male auction. Since things have been so strained between them, Ntombi’s unimpressed when Karabo decides to move back to the penthouse. Thandeka has a hard time hiding her excitement about the position Kenneth promised her.

Fri 2 Feb
Khethiwe’s had enough of the unfairness of her new job and decides to save her badge business. A pained Karabo feels relieved when it seems that Ntombi and Ngamla have managed to patch up their relationship. Zamani becomes even more concerned when the communards share his opinion of Thomas’s new artist.

Mon 5 Feb
Anne is on cloud nine when she seems to have impressed the Ezweni Management with the concept of a new magazine. Busi’s suspicious when Karabo won’t admit or deny anything about the abortion clinic pamphlet she found. Thomas does his best to out-do Thandeka when it seems that she’s become very popular with Kenneth.

Tues 6 Feb
A scheming Jack is pleased when Ace manages to set up a dinner date with Khethiwe that will bring him closer to his goal. Ntombi’s parents are pleasantly surprised by her unexpected visit, but will they be impressed with what she has to say? Karabo’s horrified when Khethiwe’s dinner guest turns out to be Jack’s henchman.

Wed 7 Feb
A shamefaced Thomas approaches disgruntled Kenneth for money to make his artist’s problems go away. Khaphela fumes when he realises that Khethiwe’s gotten herself into trouble with Jack Mabaso. Realisation dawns on a stunned Sizani’s when Ntombi admits that she’s met the man of her dreams.

Thurs 8 Feb
Dineo’s sensitive to Thomas’s feelings and encourages Kenneth to give him the support he needs. Jack realises that Khaphela’s morals may make it difficult for him to get what he wants. Thomas’s initial tirade turns into relief when his showcase is saved from disaster when Ajax takes to the stage.

Fri 9 Feb
Samuel’s unimpressed when a stubborn Zamani won’t give Ajax the praise he deserves when he saved the showcase. Anne’s chuffed when Karabo accepts her proposal and she gets some recognition for her efforts.

Sizani’s troubled when she reminds a hot headed Ntombi that her father still has the last say about her marriage.

Mon 12 Feb
Thandeka’s disappointed when her father’s generous offer suddenly comes with strings attached. Khaphela seethes when he tells Jack and Kenneth that their day of judgment will come for what they’ve done. Khethiwe’s unforgiving when Ace won’t accept responsibility for the situation he’s put her in.

Tues 13 Feb
Ajax is frustrated when he has a hard time convincing Zamani that making music has always been his dream. Karabo becomes despondent and gets some positive input when she and Khethiwe bond over a sonogram. Ntombi’s furious when her parents won’t accept the decision she’s made about her future or Ngamla.

Wed 14 Feb
Zamani feels horrible when he realises just how wrong he was about Ajax after he stumbles upon some of Ajax’s lyrics. The sonogram suddenly makes Busi develop some understanding for the tough situation that Karabo finds herself in. Anne tries to reconcile with her colleagues and decides to throw Ntombi and Ngamla a surprise party.

Thurs 15 Feb
Once again lonely on Valentine’s day, Queen decides to set up a romantic little dinner for her and Mr S. Ntombi’s utterly frustrated and decides to disappear when she and her father can’t come to an agreement. Zamani makes a turnaround and is peeved when Thomas gives Ajax an unfair contract.

Fri 16 Feb
Dineo panics when Kenneth tells her that Thandeka’s quit and Dineo realises that there’s no reason for Thandeka to keep quiet anymore.

Samuel feels trapped, knowing what waits for him if his father won’t let Ntombi out of her arranged marriage. Ajax is chuffed when Zamani decides to become his manager and to negotiate his contract for him.

Mon 19 Feb
Ngamla’s frustrated when he’s manipulated into doing exactly what someone else wants, again - this time by Ntombi’s father. Busi’s unable to warn Anne about the party when Ntombi walks in and they have to cover.

A very nervous Dineo spells out her appreciation of Thandeka’s talents and begs her not to leave.

Tues 20 Feb
Phakeme fumes when he realises that Ntombi’s left and that he has no control over his children. A weary Zamani warns a already starry-eyed Ajax not to let his stardom go to his head. Samuel’s petrified about the duty that awaits him, but can’t bring himself to confide in Zamani.

Wed 21 Feb
The press’s sudden appearance at the party spells disaster for Ntombi and Ngamla. A knowing Ajax is freaked when Queen offers her services as an image consultant, and doesn’t take no for an answer. Ntombi becomes wistful about having a baby and a guilty feeling Karabo has to cover for all she’s worth.
Thurs 22 Feb
Dineo’s petrified her secret will come out and does her best to get adamant Kenneth to lay off Thandeka. Sizani’s realises the implications and is rattled when Phakeme’s resigned to take action against his willful children. Anne feels horrible that the party backfired but is unable to do anything to rectify the situation for Ntombi and Ngamla.

Fri 23 Feb
An already nervous Samuel is freaked when he unexpectedly runs into his parents and bolts. Ajax is miffed when Zamani refuses to rescue him from his overzealous image consultant, Queen. Anne simmers when Ntombi suddenly moves forward the launch date for her magazine, is this revenge?

Mon 26 Feb
A desperately lonely Thomas holds onto his playboy image, even if it is only to make Dineo jealous. Ntombi feels like the lamb to the slaughter when she, wide-eyed and heartbroken, leads her furious father to an unsuspecting Samuel. Zamani’s frustrated when Thomas keeps up his know-it-all attitude and keeps shooting down his suggestions.

Tues 27 Feb
A distraught Samuel becomes emotional when he realises that his father has him backed into a corner. Ngamla’s shattered when he’s unable to come up with a solution and Ntombi has no choice but to leave.

Wed 28 Feb
Phakeme’s stunned when Ntombi eventually tells him the hurtful truth that she’d been hiding from him for years. Ajax becomes frustrated when he has nothing passionate to write about in his life and he refuses to drudge up the past. Dineo’s peeved when she feels that Thomas willfully refuses to stand up to Kenneth about living together.
