Season 2

During the day, high school senior Veronica Mars negotiated the halls of Neptune High like any average teenage girl, alongside her friends Wallace Fennel and P.C.H. Bike Club leader Eli "Weevil" Navarro - until a fellow student and a best friend, Lilly Kane was found dead in season one.

Her decision to investigate Lilly's death led her to uncover the California beach town's darkest secrets and her life became a daily dose of triumphs, trials and tribulations.

In season two, after discovering that Logan Echolls' movie star father murdered Lilly Kane, vindicated Veronica becomes embroiled in another season-long mystery that hits even closer to home, following a new local tragedy.

Meanwhile, the summer of surprises and sordid murder trials has put Logan and his best friend, Duncan Kane, at odds.

And Veronica must deal with her increasingly complicated romantic life and a whole new school year with both familiar and fresh faces.
