Season 29

Noot vir Noot returns to SABC2 in June 2007 for a record 29th season with a whole host of changes and new guest artists.

The show is once again inviting a wide spectrum of guest singers that offer styles that range from Frank Sinatra-type standards to current hits.

Nine of the 14 guest artists are first-timers to Noot vir Noot and 42% of the 70 songs sung by them have never been used in any of the past seasons.

Three of them are fresh from the latest Idol competition and one is a total newcomer to television.

The complete line up for Season 29 is as follows (all shows air at 19h30):

01 June: Amor Vittone (Famous singer and dancer)
08 June: Dewald Louw (Winner of latest Idols competition)
15 June: Shelly Grewar (Country Gospel singer)
22 June: Johnny & Vivian (Winners of the Zing competition)
29 June: Ghapi (Rock singer who will also play his drums)
06 July: Soweto String Quartet (Will also perform the 7de Laan theme song)
