How Do I Look? South Africa is an E! Original Series produced by Black and White Productions, based on the "How Do I Look" series by E! Entertainment Television LLC and distributed by NBCUniversal International Studios.
The executive producers are Rona McHugh and Andrea Speziale-Bagliacca and the series producer is Wilma Botha. Stephanie Smit is a producer.
The series is NBCUniversal International Networks' third local remake of the format, following versions in Asia on Diva and Mexico on E! Latam.

Season 2 premiered on E! on Thursday 8 November, 2018, at 20h00. After Episode 6 (which aired on 13 December) it went on hiatus for the festive season, returning with Episode 7 on Thursday 7 March, 2019.
