Season 2
Tori & Dean is an American reality television series produced by World of Wonder and starring actress Tori Spelling and her second husband, actor Dean McDermott, which initially foolowed the couple as they moved out of Los Angeles and set up a bed & breakfast, investing Spelling's $800,000 inheritance.
The first two seasons of the show were titled Tori & Dean: Inn Love. The show was renamed Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood as of the third season and changed its focus to following the couple after their failed bed & breakfast experiment. In addition, the episodes were extended from 30 minutes to one hour.
The series premiered in the USA on Oxygen on 20 March, 2007.
Tori & Dean premiered in South Africa on DStv's GO channel (which became Vuzu on 1 July, 2009) on 10 March, 2008. See "Seasons" below for seasonal broadcast dates and times.
Season 2
Join Tori Spelling and her husband, fellow actor Dean McDermott as they embark on the second season of their reality-sitcom series documenting a new adventurous chapter of their lives together.
Last season they traded the glam of 90210 for the unfamiliar surrounds of a Bed and Breakfast in the country and welcomed a new addition to the family, Liam Aaron, born in March.
This season promises to be more exciting than ever as the proud parents continue to run Chateau LaRue in Fallbrook, CA.
Their original idea - to reinvent the B&B in a hip, chic, modern style - is finally realized and with the help of a few friends and staff, they plan to meet the challenge of juggling their responsibilities as new parents, innkeepers and working actors.
In this weekly half hour series, we follow Tori and Dean as they pursue their dream of running a business and being new parents.
Are they really cut out for a life of 24/7 serving the whims of high maintenance guests? Will cooking for housefuls of hungry customers and jetting off on international press junkets prove to be too much? What about the trials of caring for a newborn while managing acting careers? Will Tori and Dean be able to make ends meet?
Watch as Tori and Dean struggle to balance their lives together, all while caring for a baby, pursuing their acting and realizing that their goal of doing all this while running a Bed and Breakfast might be more difficult than they imagined.
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott created the series and executive produce the series along with Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder Productions. Richard Courtney and Robert Sizemore serve as co-executive producers.
