Win a Home is a South African lifestyle and reality competition television series which is a decor competition between four design apprentices, mentored by four leading experts, as well as the evolution of an apartment that's transformed from an empty shell into a multi-million rand home to be won by a viewer.
Each episode offers a look at the country's best property investments. The reality competition aspect follows the journey of four design apprentices who face the weekly challenge of furnishing and decorating an empty apartment.
The designers are mentored by some of South Africa's top interior decorators and viewers vote for their favourite designer each week. The stakes are high as the overall winning apprentice is awarded the opportunity to become one of Steyn City's resident designers.
While viewers can enter to win prizes throughout the show, their names go into a draw to win the ultimate prize – the newly decorated apartment.
