Richard Ian Cox is a Welsh-Canadian voice actor best known for his voice acting for English language dubs of anime. He gained prominence for playing Mickey Rooney's teenaged traveler and horse rider, Alec Ramsay, in Adventures of the Black Stallion during the early '90s.
