Brian Anthony Wilson is an American actor best known for his recurring role as Detective Vernon Holley in the television drama series The Wire.
Wilson made his screen debut in the 1997 Kevin Costner film The Postman, which he followed up with small roles in Snake Eyes (1998) and Rounders (also in 1998).
Other films he has appeared in include Killer Instinct (2000); Keeping the Faith (2000); Proximity (2001); The Good Thief (2002); Bad Boys II (2003); Destiny (2004); and White Men Can't Rap (2005).
Aside from his role in The Wire, Wilson has also made guest appearances on Homicide: Life On The Street; The Sopranos; Hack; and As The World Turns.
