Chris Barrie is a German-born English actor best known as a vocal impressionist (notably in the ITV sketch show Spitting Image) and for his television roles as Gordon Brittas in The Brittas Empire and as Arnold Rimmer in the cult BBC2 comedy Red Dwarf.

Barrie is a seasoned television actor, with leading roles in the following series:

He also presented a series of documentaries about fast cars for the Discovery Channel called Massive Engines, Massive Machines and Massive Speed.
